The only rules are as follows
- it must be gluten, dairy, soy and egg free
- it must incorporate the packet of minced beef in the fridge that I need to use up.
- if it could use a butternut squash as well that would be great, although not massively important.
I have a very well stocked larder with any spices/grains/ lentils/ weird ingredients you could care to name, and have plenty of gluten free alternatives such as flour, pasta, bread etc.
So it is really the dairy, soy and egg which is a problem, I do have Pure margarine and almond and coconut milk though.
Oh, and I've run out of potatoes.
