Help! I've cooked the wrong sort of yoghurt (fat free) and it's all separated.
Can i rectify it or will I have to put up with a slightly curdled chickpea salad?

Is the liquid still separate from the solids? Sometimes you can rescue curdled sauces by heating them gently with cornflour and beating vigorously. Not tried this with yogurt though.

Or you could disguise the curdledness by adding some couscous?

Not sure exactly, but you can rescue curdled sauces or things like cake mixes sometimes by whisking in some flour. With yogurt I'd be a bit cautious because of changing the flavour. Maybe a bit of cornflour?
