Fresh Homemade stock - how long does it last?

Made stock on monday with sundays chicken roast bones - was going to make risotto but havent and its still sitting in my fridge will it be okay now or not? woul dyou risk it? or can i freeze it?

It will be sumptuous!
you could freeze it if you can't be arsed to make the risotto but do that today

frozen and it had gone all jelly like hope it'll be okay - tasted foul cold

No,it will be bloody great.
Jelly like cos of gelatine from bones.
I would use it up to Friday but if freezing,then yes,today.

jelly-like is fine - taste again when thawed and heated as flavours do change.
