Anyone have a tried and tested garlic and herb baked cod recipe?

I bought some the other week but they were minute so have got fresh fish....just struggling to find a recipe

I did wonder if just crushing some garlic and mixing with herbs and a little olive oil and 'painting' it on the fish might work....any thoughts?

I don't want to serve up something truly awful

Not my own but a quick google and I found this and this one let us know how you got on if this is too late :)

Just to let you know Pantah, I did the second recipe you linked to this evening.....went down well apart from with dd2 (who is a tad fussy ) who had emergency fishfingers

Only thing is, I forgot to add salt and think it could have done with some so will have to remember for next time!
