pork and lentil meatballs?

Can I make and freeze the two ingredients, or will they Just fall apart when cooking? tia Smile

Depends on the proportion of meat and lentils. If it's mostly meat with a few lentils, it'll stick together well if you give the meat a good squish and a stir so that the sticky proteins come to the surface. If it's most lentils with a little meat, you might need a binding agent like beaten egg to stop them falling apart.

Thanks cogito. I used a smaller amount of lentils & baked them. Very nice, won't last long enough to be frozen! Grin
