Brisket substitution, not what I ordered but what can I do with them?

I ordered a big BBQ beef brisket joint in my online shop, which was out of stock, and has been replaced with a pack of plain '3 thin cut brisket slices' Confused

What the Jeff can I do with them? Scared to cook them like I would a big piece of brisket because they look quite lean and they'd probably end up the size of nuggets. They're about 6 inches long and maybe an inch (if that) thick each.

I can see me just shoving them to the back of the freezer, help! Smile

How about slow cooking with stock, mushrooms and wine?

Tbh though I think I would have refused the substitution.
