Anyone know a way to make those caramel drizzle decorations and how to store

Was planning to mke caramel drizzle shapes to add on dessert. Anyone made it? If so, how to make and how to store 1 day in advance of event so they don't melt.

As far as I remember back in the days when I made an effort spun sugar is best done just before serving and does not keep well. Perhaps in an airtight tin for few hours but don't quote me on that. I do recall it softens in humid conditions such as a kitchen! It is however delicious and very impressive!
