Recipe book with lots of posh salads - is Ottolenghi the way to go?

I want to make slow cooked pork type dishes with lots of different posh salads, can be hot or cold. Any recommendations?

Definitely Ottolenghi. We went to London last weekend and ate lunch in his Islington restaurant. We had several little salads each and they were all gorgeous with interesting and unusual flavours. I've now ordered one of his books, Plenty, and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I do feel this is going to be an expensive new obsession for me but you did say posh salads, and if the recipes come out anything like his restaurant dishes they will taste amazing.
