A lovely friend of ours, plus a couple of others, is coming over tomorrow night for dinner. He doesn't eat meat, wheat or dairy and every other time he has come I have cooked miso and honey salmon with Asian rice salad. Easy and delicious...but we need a change! Nothing too labour intensive please, I love cooking but am feeling a bit under the weather at the moment.
Please does anyone have any ideas (bonus points for desserts because I've never come up with any except fruit salad!
