can you help me out please? i have 2/3 of a bag of paella rice still to use & can't remember the instructions

The recipe for paella is normally printed on the packaging, check there first.

I should imagine you can use paella rice instead of risotto rice.

trump the one on the packet is a faff.......someone posted me a dead simple one.

The Good Food one is the one I use, it's lovely. I normally add extra prawns, chicken, chorizo and tomatoes though as we're a hungry bunch.
