What are your favourite/best picnic recipes?

Meeting up with family over the weekend for a big picnic in the park and would really like some picnic inspiration!

Cool bag full of chilled fizz! oh and a sausage plait, homemade potato salad and a victoria sponge.

Rotisserie chicken(s) from supermarket or make roast chicken pieces in advance (google chicken Marbella, best room temp roast chicken recipe ever)

Jar of garlic mayo

Baguette(s)

Big salad, or just cherry tomatoes and cucumber sticks if no plates
