what are you all cooking over the bank hol weekend?

I need to do a big shop and am lacking inspiration for what to cook over the long weekend. Inspire me please!

I've got friends coming to stay, tomorrow we're having spag bol meat & veggie, with salad & garlic bread followed by icecream with Baileys. Saturday pub lunch, hoping the weather stays nice so we can bbq, veg & halloumi skewers, sausages, burgers, baked camembert, salad & potato salad. Lime cheesecake for pud. Sunday picnic lunch at local airshow, for dinner baked salmon, new pots & veg followed by left over cheesecake and/or ice cream & Baileys. Full english late Monday morning before they go.
