Do you think it would be ok to serve jacket potatoes with sausage casserole?

We have eaten so much mash lately that I fancy a change.

Would it be a weird combination?

Sounds yummy. You could also try cubing them, drizzling with oil and any herbs you fancy and sticking them in the oven for 40 - or why not boil them for a bit then chuck them in with the casserole.

I would just slice 'em and pop them into the casserole, easiest option!

We're having sausage casserole too but with mash. I fancy a jacket potato though now...

Well have microwaved potatoes for 15 minutes and now have them crisping in the oven

Why not rice? or a hunk of bread for juice-mopping!

It was delicious :)
