Cooking frozen burgers that weren't bought frozen

Do I have to defrost or can I shove in ice and bake thoroughly instead?

If you have a fan oven just put them on a tray in the oven for 10 mins with the fan going and heat on very low. They'll be defrosted, then cook as normal
