i bought some cajun powder and some garlic powder the other day with a view to experimenting a little.

i want to coat/marinade my chicken breasts in the cajun powder so that i can then slice them up and put into wraps.

what is the best way of doing this? rub the powder all over the chicken breast, add water to the powder and steep the chicken breast?

please help

Sprinkle it on without water and grill, I use George Foreman as it gets its blackened.

The liquid from the chicken makes it stick. I make my own Cajun spice (one of the few things I can do) Pepper, Salt, Paprika and Sage. A bit of cayenne pepper if you like it spicy.
