Bombay Potatoes

got some cooked spuds to use up tonight. As we're having curry I thought I'd make bombay potatoes.
Anyone got a good recipe that's easy?

good for you yorkiegirl Grin and enjoy as I'm going to enjoy my chinese (soooo hungry as we spent the afternoon moving furniture, am having my well deserved glass of wine, dh can't as he is on call aahhh)

I would drink the whole bottle but its his turn for a lie in tomorrow and i can't cope with hangovers anymore, but i will enjoy half the bottle perhaps Grin
