Ok....so now tell us a good way to cook mackeral...

I've just grilled them before but I know MNland will know abetter way.

Split them down the middle when you've gutted them, and put them on the grill pan skin side down) then put some garlic and parsley on the top (and a bit of paprika's nice if you've got some) then a drizzle of olive oil. Then grill them hot for 5-6 min.

Just poached with salt and pepper is noce too. Brown bread and butter and salad...yum.
