What can I do with a leg of lamb?

we cooked for 5-6 hours with a bottle of white wine and veg - this was first meal. and then used the rest for curry - which resulted in massive pot my husband said would be too much and got gobbled up by kids - it was tin of toms, patak's curry paste and an onion. really hard work!!

this baked lamb in a herby paste and red wine/tomato sauce looks gorgeous and I want to try it!
