What would you eat with Merguez sausages/do you have any recipes using them?

I have some in the freezer but not sure what to do with them. Help!!!

I would have them with a sharp salad. Maybe leaves and baby toms with some thinly sliced shallots and capers with a dijon mustard dressing.

But then maybe that's one for the warmer weather!

I'd save them for a BBQ, then eat with baguette, hot-dog style. Maybe some green salad too.

I've also used them sliced up in jambalayas and risottos before, which has worked well.
