How long can you store a homemade Bolognese sauce in the fridge?

Just found a tub of leftover bolognese sauce in the fridge - it was from Sunday night.

It still smells like it should. Is it safe to reheat and eat it tonight, or should it be thrown away?

Did you put in fridge straight away?

I'd say its fine as long as you didn't leave out all night. Just heat it thoroughly.

Yes, it did go in the fridge pretty much straight away.

I'll risk it then.

If it smells ok and you heat it right up it should be fine.

I would think that should be fine - heat it up until it really bubbles and leave it like that for a few minutes.

I wouldn't. I think 3 days is the maximum I would keep home made food without preservatives in it

If it has meat in it I wouldn't risk it
