At the moment it's bananas, breadsticks and the odd rich tea fingers

My two dcs eat a lot, so I am constantly after ideas.
Current faves here are
Soreen (malt loaf) with butter, hummus dipped with pitta that has been popped in the toaster, also carrots for dipping too.
Chedder cheese chunks
Grapes, pear, all fruit, obviously
Ritz crackers with cheese spread
Raisins, dried apricots
Mmmm, will have a think

Thank you that's really helpful. Think I must do more carrots!

DS is currently obsessed with rice cakes, the big plain ones, topped with either peanut butter or houmous

we make our own trail mix of raisins, dried cranberries and various nuts

popcorn

discovered home made fig rolls!
