Need a recipe that requires 1kg of glace cherries....

Moving house, emptying cupboards.

I'm a secret glace cherry hoarder. I've never used them in my life. I think I'm just attracted to the radioactive colour.

Any suggestions on what to make ? Ideally using the 1kg of dessicated coconut I probably bought at the same time but have no memory of buying either.

That will teach me to shop online while drunk....

Muffins are a very forgiving recipe, if you use cherries instead of sugar, should be able to shove half of them in.

Still looking for ideas?

I've made something similar to this - but my recipe doesn't have the jam in the middle.

Find a basic (chocolate chip) muffin recipe, and replace the choc with slightly more quartered cherries.

I also have a recipe for a crumbly chocolate base, covered in marshmallows and glacé cherries, all stuck on with chocolate if your interested?
