I'm on a no carb thing pre holiday.

I feel amazing, I'm never hungry, no bloated, sleep better, less tired

But my poos are hard and black! (Sorry TMI)

How do I get some fibre without eating carbs?

Fruit and veg, bran, lentils, beans and pulses, nuts, all have fibre.

What are you eating then? Only protein?

You should make sure that you are:

  • eating vegetables
  • eating plenty of fat
  • drinking lots of water

Sorry should be clearer, am just cutting out bad carbs so no bread, cereal, pasta, rice, potatoes

Lots and lots of good fruit and veg (asparagus, broccoli, raspberries, blackberries)

Maybe my poo is more abnormal when I eat carbs and this is what it should be like Grin

Plenty of fibre in the veg. Cut out the fruit though!

And lots of fat and water.
