Baking dd1's birthday cake today. Is going to be 10" round. Following Mary Berry's recipe for Vic sponge and it looks like I need 6 eggs, 12oz of everything and 3 teaspoons baking powder. Does that sound right?
It's the first cake I've made for a party and I've for some cakey mums coming so I want it to be nice!
