I had a few tomatoes to use up and looked for a Chinese chicken and tomato dish as I love it from the take away. Found one and made it tonight and it's even better than the one I get.
Plus no MSG, bonus!
It's pretty low fat too, I used ghee to fry with, not much though. I heard recently it's healthier to use this than veg oil? Also the recipe I found didn't have onions in it so I added them. Was so easy though and lush. Served it with boiled rice.
Here's the recipe I followed but added onions. I fried them up first and stirred them in with the chicken at the end.
