2 questions for freezing food

I am preparing a big batch cooking excercise.

  1. If I make lasagne and cook it through before freezing do you put the cheese on top or leave that for the reheat? Will cooked cheese freeze, defrost and heat through ok?

If I make chicken curry and then freeze the cooked chicken curry, is it ok to defrost and eat?

I would leave the cheese off and put it on when reheating.

For the curry if you cook it, then freeze it, then reheat and eat that is fine.

Thanks. Don't want to poison the family while I am away.
