Any recipe ideas for Lakeland's zip n steam bags?

We've just had a baby and these zip n steam bags look like a great way of making sure we eat. But in the fatigue of caring for our delicious pfb I can't think of any delicious recipes. Any ideas please?

I have a weird love of zip lock bags - these sound great! Why not try what is in the picture on the website? Thinly cut up veg with fish/chicken and some herbs/lemon flavouring.
