Did anyone see the suggestion for broccoli with beer on Saturday kitchen today?

I was only half watching as I having my hair cut, but it sounded interesting. I've had a look and I can't see it on the website.

I think the man said to just steam the broccoli then put cream (heated in a pan?) with some beer in it and serve with salt on the side. Not quite sure how to achieve that though!
