Tasty salmon recipes for the whole family

I am looking for some recommendations for some tasty salmon (or mackerel) dinner recipes that will feed the whole family. Thanks.

We liked smoked salmon cut in strips and swirled in buttery pasta with peas, cheese and a squirt of lemon

Salmon fillets baked in foil parcels with some pesto, butter and lemon. Bake for about 20 minutes! We all love it.

Puff party sheet halved. Wilted spinach spread onto half of each (squeeze water out). Place 2 salmon fillets per pastry half on top of spinach. Top each fillet with a tsp of pesto and some grated lemon zest. Fold over pastry and seal then bake in oven for 25 minutes. Serve with whatever you fancy. Very yummy!

Yes all the above sound great.

I also foil baked salmon cutlets/fillets with a generous spreading if soft garlicky cheese like Boursin.

This is lovely I use normal salmon instead of smoked.

Teriyaki salmon with sticky rice is a winner here. I use Nigella's teriyaki sauce recipe.

Yes to the pesto salmon and teriyaki. Both winners in our house.

Nigella has a nice recipe for mirin glazed salmon - good with noodles and stir fried greens.

I make a version of Nicoise salad with the lightly smoked salmon fillets you can get in most supermarkets - very tasty.
