I need to cook me a duck....

Any advice? We are going to have it with noodles, stir fry veg and plum sauce. I was going to cook the duck whole in the oven but not sure how to do it.

In keeping with your Asian accompaniments, I'd rub the skin with Chinese five spice and cook in a hot oven until the skin is nice and crispy. Might be best to put it on a trivet or something in a roasting tin because there'll be a lot of fat!
