Tried these at the weekend.
Mix juice of 1 lime, 3tbsps tomato ketchup, 3 tbsps golden sryup & a 35g sachet of Asda Cajun Seasoning together. Add 1kg pork ribs, coat in sauce & cook at 190 C in a greased roasting tin for 35-40 mins.
I didn't have the Asda Spice but used 2 tsps of a (Sainsburys) Cajun SPice mix, & left to marinade for a few hours.
Kids loved them. Cheap & easy tea.
We served with Prawn & Egg fried rice.
