What shall I do for the kids with my tortilla wraps?

Went shopping and thought the kids could have tortilla wraps for tea for a change. They are not very adventurous when it comes to trying food so spicy is not an option.
Any simple suggestions of fillings gratefully received.
TIA

Maybe not filling enough for tea but for lunch we often have quesadillas. Put one tortilla in a hot dry frying pan, sprinkle over grated cheese, chopped up spring onion and some chilli flakes (optional). Put another tortilla on top. As teh cheese melts they start to stick together. Turn them over in pan to cook other side - only a few minutes each side. Take out and cut into 6 pieces.

Stir fry some chicken and any veg they like. My two like making the wraps themselves but can get a bit messy.

why not do what jamie oliver does in the sainsbury ad, put in veg and sprinkle with cheese Grin

Had tortilla wraps for lunch. Same method as Tinker but had cheese, ham, red onion, red peppers, cucumber and radish (Can you tell it's 'after the bank holiday weekend, kleggie hasn't been shopping and is using whatever is in the fridge' day?). Yum!

we have flat bread every week. we fry mince with veggies - small beggies like sweetcorn and pease and carrots and such and add garlic and pesto Blush and one tin of tomatoes. stick it in a big pan let it simmer. - make it in the morning leaave it there all day heat it up..... then stick in wraps and fold.

do not wear white.

We do tortillas every friday whereby I lay out a big platter of stuff ie chopped cucumber, ham, cheese, carrots, celery etc etc and they make their own wrap. Much easier for me and they like to be in charge of their own choices. No sure if you were wanting a hot version though. Incidentally, if you can check out the ingredients in tortillas. Organic are ok but there is an unbelievable amount of crap in normal ones, surprising when you think they seem to be nothing more than bread and water.
