We had gilt-head bream a while ago - grilled

Bream is lovely, just grill it with butter and lemon juice.
I totally f*cked up some lovely monkfish at the weekend by trying to be too fancy Sad Should have just roasted it!

fish v tricky, you have to think is it:

sustainable
full of mercury
omega 3 rich

by then the fishmonger has probably shut

I AM THE SAME jOO WAS a bit scared adn she filletted it so iliterally put it ont eh grill and cooked it
tis the bones htat get me
now dh is low cholesterol i am fish queen
