I cook everything (mostly) from scratch but im in a rut of spag bol ...and cheese pasta
dd's are 2 & 6,
hungry DP and I am alternate day fasting so like things I can batch cook & reheat for when Im not eating so I dont have to cook for ages and then suffer not eat it
I buy all meat from butcher, but tbh we dont eat that much (sausages, caseroles, chicken thats it)
what veg, pulses etc do I need - help me meal plan for the next week as we are running out of essentails and Im off to hell Tesco tonight
