Cooked chicken - how many days is it safe to eat after cooking please?

hi
if say I roast a whole chicken on a Saturday, what would be the last day you would eat the meat if keep in the fridge after cooking please? Tuesday? Longer or less? thank you in advance x

If it smells a bit sweet/ spicy don't eat it. We tend to bung it in a curry/ pasta by the end of the week which will be fine if properly hot.

I think the rule for cooked meat is three days max.

many thanks - my OH has a very relaxed attitude to food dates and often berates me for worrying too much - I think he is eating eggs dated 18th December!!!!!

I ate my xmas chicken between 25th and 30th dec - am fine no illnesses etc.
