If you could choose 3 restaurants to visit in UK this year ...........

Which ones would they be and why? we are currently considering L'Enclume and The Hand and Flowers but anything yummy and Michelin starred considered. Any ideas or Recommendations? Fat Duck not an option this year

Castle Terrace in Edinburgh is fantastic. We were also recently at Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles but that wasn't as good despite it being 2 Michelin Stars compared to Castle Terrace's one.

Castle Terrace was faultless in terms of the food, wine and service. Then food was delicious and the attention to detail was amazing. The staff were wonderful. It didn't feel pretentious. It was just perfect.
