Advice on what type of fish oil and what brands?

Looking to supplement my kids, as we probably all should do, but keep getting put off by stories that most available brands are of poor quality once they reach the shelves and/or aren't the right balance of Omega 3/6/9 or whatever and need to be refrigerated in transit etc.

Can anyone help point me to a brand/provider?

2 portions of oily fish a week is just as effective and is natural! You can hide all sorts in a yummy fish cake (eg can of sardines or mackerel)

Sorry, that's probably not what you were looking for....Grin
