I have guests arriving and need to know how long to cook the lamb and vegetables for! It's the one where you marinate the lamb in yoghurt with mint and coriander and cook over the tray of roasted veg.

Thank you!!

Is it the Moroccan Lamb with Couscous?

Lamb with chickpeas, yoghurt and tray-roasted veg?

Marinate for at least an hour and upto 24 hours. Cook for about an hour at 200c/400f/gas 6.

It's in Jamie's Dinners (the green one!)

That sounds like it Liskey, it's butterflied leg of lamb, marinate, cook directly on the over shelf over the tray of roasted veg. Does the tray of veg go in at the same time as the lamb?

Fab, thanks all for looking for me!

Never cooked it myself, reading the recipe I'm getting tempted for NY Day....

It's a really good recipe, bit of a faff in advance but then really easy when you have people around since you just bung it in and leave it.

I did it from memory and put the ground coriander seeds in with the veg rather than in the marinade (which might make the veg a bit crunchy!) but other than that I think I did everything right. Just about the whack it all in the oven.

Thanks for the help!!
