Starter to go with Beef Tagine - tell me your ideas, please! :-)

Off to friends for NYE - hostess is making Beef Tagine as a main course and the rest of us will bring everything else. So I need a tasty but light starter to go with it. Thanks

Any ideas, please?

Options:
Baba ganoush, taramasalata, houmous, olives, posh flat bread
Stuffed vine leaves (very good party food, not that hard to do)
Bagna cauda
