Hi all,
I have lovely dilemma.... Due to screw up by the butcher (he sold our rib of beef
but replaced it with an overly generous alternative
) we now have a mahoosive rib of beef- far more than we could eat. More than we could eat even having cold cuts after (I think).
What's the best thing to do
option 1- cook it all and freeze any cooked left overs
option 2 cut a rib or two off and freeze it?
It's a lovely joint and a rare treat or us, so I really want to use it wisely? Would freezing it (before cooking) ruin the meat? Or will it be ok?
