If I cook brisket in the slow cooker on its own will I end up with pulled beef? For hot beef sandwiches with gravy?

I do beef brisket In the slow cooker loads and it is delicious! I guess you could use the meat for sarnies. Ive never actually thought of that before but the beef is very very tender so I guess you could. I put some Oxo stock in the bottom and pop it on.

Just spotted this thread and have brisket in freezer. Wrenster if you're still there can you elaborate on the Chinese style brisket? Smile
