Arggh, trying to roll chocolate truffles ... they are just sticking to my hands, help!

Any ideas?

Its been in the freezer for 10 mins so very cold,

i cant get balls out of them, the whole things just getting stuck to my hands! :(

It could be your hands, run your hand under v cold water for a few minutes, maybe dust with cocoa powder?

Use a metal spoon to roll a ball from along the surface of the mixture - handle as little as possible with cold hands and cocoa powder.

Maybe oil your hands a little?

Yep, you need cold hands. Stick them in cold water for a few seconds then dry quickly and coat in chocolate powder.

Chill in the fridge over night
Get some thin latex gloves
cocoa for dusting
10 mins in freezer isn't enough

I gave up and ended up using my chocolate moulds and eating a lot of the mix.
