Can I use last year's goose fat and frozen stock?

Well, just that really! I still have some goose fat left over, it's been in the fridge, smells fine and hasn't exceeded use by date, though has obviously been opened.
The stock has been in the deep freeze since last Christmas. Well I think it's stock, either that or very dodgy soup!
Am I ok to use these?

Goose fat, yes. I'd take the stock out, defrost, and if it smells ok, use it.

Agree with Agent - we are just finishing off last year's goose fat - just in time to wash out the container ready for this year's. Been in the fridge all this time & is fine.
