Following on from hulababy providing me with an amazing pasta recipe the other day, I have bought loads of fresh pasta and want to do loads more.

So if you have any quick/easy/cheap-ish pasta recipes please post them for me Smile

I would:

dry fry the pine nuts then remove

fry the garlic and toms in a teeny bit of olive oil, then add a couple of tbsps of pesto

drain pasta and KEEP A BIT OF THE LIQUID

Add pasta to garlic/tom/pesto mixture and stir in the pine nuts. Add some of the pasta liquid if dry.

Crumble the feta of the top but in SMALL pieces so it melts in.

ooh that sounds lovely.
The toms are already in garlic and oil, should I add more?

Tell you what why dont you all just pop over and cook it for me Grin

OO's suggestion sounds yummy, I would go with that Grin. If the tomatoes are already in oil, I would just use a little of the oil out of the jar.

\link{http://www.peakmarket.com/v2_viewRecipe.cfm?RN=1706\this} is one of my faves. I put toasted pine nuts on it too.

For a quick supper, cook pasta, stir through some boursin or other garlicky soft cheese, add a little cream and some smoked salmon, finish with a wedge of lemon et voila!

Dolcelatte melted in double cream - stir in cooked pasta and cooked green veg of choice. Serve with black pepper, parmesan, toasted pine nuts and fresh shredded basil. Not cheap / not low calorie - but delicious and my ultimate comfort food - always made by DH as he makes this best

vkr, dolcelatte and fresh spinach is soooo delicious!

Mercy - just wilted though - not mushy
asparagus / beans / broc / samphire all good in my fave
