What are the least unhealthy ready meals I can stock up on?

We are all ill and exhausted. Shopping order being done today and I'd like to be realistic and get lots of easy meals like fish fingers and chips. It's only going to be a few days but what convenience food is least bad? Waffles? Oven chips?

Thanks in advance

I lived on Innocent veg pots when DD was tiny and I couldn't be bothered didn't have time to cook. Each pot apparently has 3 of your 5-a-day in it.

If you're ill and exhausted and it's only a few days, just stock up on whatever you fancy.

It won't do you any harm and may cheer you up.

Ready to roast chicken with preprepared veg (either in a bag that you put in the microwave or an oven ready tray). I think if you concentrate on getting lots of effort free veg then you'll be able to make basic pies/simple "shove it in the oven" joints into a proper healthy meal without any actual work.

Fish pie is good, and microwaveable kippers with baked beans and microwave mash are a great meal if your family will eat them.

Well we are all ill too and I've just had delivered:

1 burgers, bread rolls, baked beans
2 tomato sauce, pasta, grated cheese, frozen peas
3 frozen chunky hake, potato waffles
4 ready made chicken and veg pie

Plus a pack of lollies to cool the dcs down with as calpol isn't working! Hopefully my temperature will be back to normal by the time we have eaten all this up.
