Would I be foolish to eat this?

Made a slow-cooked lamb korma yesterday (the one in the recipe section - VERY nice), ate half about 9.30 last night, then left it to cool on the worktop and forgot to put it in the fridge overnight. I only put it in the fridge about 7.30 this morning.

Do you reckon it is safe for me to eat? (Not planning to give it to the kids.)
No one will be held accountable if I end up poisoned - just wondered if most people would still eat it if it's heated up thoroughly!

I have done that before, I. Have eaten it and lived (but agree not to give to kids) good luck!!

Yep, it will be fine.. not like it's the height of summer Wink

MissCellania · 12/12/2012 11:57

I would, without a thought.

milkmoustache · 12/12/2012 12:02

I would definitely eat it - it's hardly the height of summer at the moment.

WandaDoff · 12/12/2012 12:03

I would.

Yes would definately eat that, it would've taken ages to cool anyway so you couldn't have put it in the fridge. I bet it tastes even more delicious today... feeling hungry now.

wouldnt even cross my mind not to.

rumbelina · 12/12/2012 12:07

You would be foolish NOT to. Sounds lovely.
