Bought these as no fresh and forgot they were under the pram.

Completely defrosted now so have to use them.

Any ideas?

Chutney? Put loads in a risotto?

Put them in a fairly shallow casserole dish, slather on some olive oil, tomatoes (fresh chopped up is good, but if not, a tin of chopped will do), salt and pepper and a bit of lemon juice if you have it. Bake until it goes soggy and gooey (at least an hour/hour and a half). It will go with lamb, roast chicken.......

Even if you don't use them tonight OP, you can keep them in the fridge and use them tomorrow.

Forgot to say: cover it with a lid or tin foil before baking.

I would put them in the freezer.

You think they'd be ok going in?

Veg can be refrozen. But meat you would have to cook before refreezing.
