can you taste the mustard powder in nigellas ham in coke?

I have heard only good things about the ham in coke recipe and want to make it over christmas but dp does not really do mustard. Can you taste it much or if you can is there anything you could substitute for it?

I wouldn't eat mustard on a lunch or in sandwiches but like it with the ham. If your DP really doesn't do mustard, he could always cut the glazed bit off or you could try a different glaze. My bf does one with whiskey and marmalade.
