Boiled a ham, is there anything I can do with the liquid?

skim the bits off the top. add carrots, potatoes, onion and any other veg, pasta too and in 30 minutes you'll have soup (as long as its not too salty from the ham)

Have you tried tasting it? It can often be too salty to use for stock.
