Boiled a ham, is there anything I can do with the liquid?

It just smells too good to throw away!

skim the bits off the top. add carrots, potatoes, onion and any other veg, pasta too and in 30 minutes you'll have soup (as long as its not too salty from the ham)

Have you tried tasting it? It can often be too salty to use for stock.

Just tasted it and think it is too salty. Damn.
