Is there any way I can rescue our spag bol for tomorrows tea?

I left it to simmer and the bottom stuck to the pan and burnt. The rest looks ok and isn't dried out but you can taste the burnt taste. It was meant to make freezer meals so is a waste of quite a lot of meat, wine and veg if we can't fix it.

Just lift all the loose stuff and decant into another pan. Add red wine and simmer. I'm sure it will be fine. In the meantime, add some biological washing powder to the burn pan and it will clean easily. I used to be such a good cook, but in the last couple of months, I've started burning lots.

Have out wine and tomatoes in but still tastes bad. Do I need to wait for it to simmer again or should taste go straight away?
